Hornos and Hornitos , meanwhile, are characterized by their calm waters. To the east Icacos stands out, of great extension. On that same side, but in another small bay, is Puerto Marqués , with a calm sea and restaurants where you can taste seafood.
Outside this area there are other alternatives, including Roqueta Island , a quiet place where it is possible to swim, snorkel, paddle and dive. It is also worth taking a walk through this piece of land to discover its flora and fauna until you reach the lighthouse, and from there appreciate one of the best views of Acapulco. Facing the island are Caleta and Caletilla , two traditional beaches that gained fame among the international jet set during the 1950s and 1960s.
